MOZA CS Pro Steering Wheel

325 mm round wheel with 2.99" screen, RGB LEDs and magnetic forged carbon paddles

Description

The MOZA CS Pro is a 325 mm round steering wheel and the successor to MOZA's RS/CS round wheels, adding a screen, flag lights and more inputs.

Build. Aluminum alloy frame with carbon fiber-reinforced composite front and back plates and hand-stitched microfiber leather grips.

Controls. 8 backlit short-travel buttons plus 2 rear buttons, 4 rotary encoders (12-position), 2 pressable thumb encoders and 2 seven-way switches. Magnetic forged carbon shifter paddles and dual-clutch paddles use Hall sensors and support dual-clutch launch, single-clutch or button modes; an optional magnetic paddle add-on enables a 6-paddle layout.

Driving style

The CS Pro is a versatile round wheel that suits touring cars, classic cars, GT cars and rally in Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Rally, iRacing, Automobilista 2 and Le Mans Ultimate, and its screen and flag LEDs add real race information. Reviewers liked the padded grip in long corners and hairpins, but it is heavier and more top-heavy than the RS V2, which can blunt quick drift corrections. Best for MOZA owners who want one round wheel for road, touring and classic racing with a screen; less suited for dedicated drifters who prefer a lighter rim, or formula drivers who want a compact wheel like the FSR2.

Build quality

Mid-range build

An aluminum alloy frame and hub carry carbon fiber-reinforced composite front and back plates, with hand-stitched microfiber leather on the rim. Reviewers call it sturdy and purposeful, though the gold thumbwheels are painted plastic. The magnetic paddles are forged carbon with Hall sensors, and MOZA lists up to 24 months of warranty.

Software

The CS Pro is set up in MOZA Pit House on Windows PC: button mapping, paddle and clutch modes, LED colors and the 2.99-inch screen layout, which shows live telemetry from most major sims without setup and supports shared layouts. Reviewers note there is no SimHub support for the screen. It is a PC wheel with no console licensing; force feedback comes from the MOZA base. It can connect directly to a PC or third-party base with the MOZA Universal Hub Kit.

Frequently asked questions

Is the MOZA CS Pro compatible with non-MOZA wheel bases?

Yes, through the MOZA Universal Hub Kit (sold separately), which also lets it connect directly to a PC. On MOZA bases currently on sale it mounts directly with the MOZA quick release.

Does the CS Pro work on Xbox or PlayStation?

No. It is a PC wheel without console licensing. MOZA's route to Xbox is the Xbox-licensed ESX wheel; PlayStation is not supported.

How good is the CS Pro's screen?

The 2.99-inch screen shows live telemetry from most major sims with no setup and layouts can be customized in Pit House. One reviewer found it dimmer than the buttons, making TC and ABS lights harder to read, and there is no SimHub support.

Are the CS Pro's buttons easy to reach?

One reviewer's biggest gripe was that most buttons are hard to reach without changing grip, and another found the input count overwhelming. Both still praised the tactile feel of buttons and rotaries.

MOZA CS Pro vs KS Pro?

Both cost $329 and share the 2.99-inch screen. The CS Pro is a 325 mm round wheel with an optional third paddle pair; the KS Pro is a 300 mm GT/formula shape. One reviewer found the KS Pro's buttons easier to reach, another found the CS Pro more comfortable.

Are there any known quirks with the CS Pro?

A reviewer reported the seven-way switches advancing every two steps instead of one, push functions on rotaries triggering by accident and a stiff quick-release spring that eased over time.

Is the CS Pro good value?

Reviewers call it an impressive package for $329 and note that this feature set cost far more from MOZA a couple of years earlier. One calls it a no-brainer for MOZA owners wanting a round wheel.

What warranty does the CS Pro have?

MOZA's US store lists up to 24 months of warranty protection and a 14-day returns policy.
