Fanatec GT Cockpit Shifter Mount - Right (White)

Right-side T-slot shifter and handbrake mount for the ClubSport GT Cockpit, in white

Description

The Fanatec GT Cockpit Shifter Mount - Right (White) adds a shifter and/or handbrake position on the right side of the ClubSport GT Cockpit, in white to match the white cockpit.

Design. An 810 mm extruded aluminum tube with three T-slots (M6x1 and 1/4-20 T-nuts), a 250 x 127 mm shifter plate and a 230 x 65 mm extension plate.

Compatibility. Fanatec shifters; ClubSport Handbrake V1/V1.5 (Handbrake V2 must mount to the side of a ClubSport Shifter, or needs extra drilled holes); most third-party under-mounted shifters and handbrakes, with possible modifications.

More uses. T-slots take Stream Decks, cameras, mics and button boxes; the tube is the required base for the GT Cockpit Keyboard Tray. Functionally identical to the black version.

Driving style

The white right GT Cockpit Shifter Mount is for white ClubSport GT Cockpit owners adding an H-pattern or sequential shifter and handbrake in the usual left-hand-drive position, for classic cars, touring cars, rally in EA SPORTS WRC and drift. Reviewers find it stable for normal shifting but report flex under hard handbrake use.

Best for shifting and light-to-moderate handbrake use on a white GT Cockpit; less suited for very hard rally handbrake pulls.

Build quality

Mid-range build

An 810 mm extruded aluminum T-slot tube with clamps, shifter plate and extension plate in white powder coat. OC Racing calls it stable but overpriced; Boosted Media reports significant flex with a load cell handbrake.

Software

The Shifter Mount is passive and needs no software. Mounted Fanatec shifters and handbrakes are configured in the Fanatec App on Windows PC or connect through the wheel base on console.

Frequently asked questions

Can I mount a shifter and a handbrake on the white right Shifter Mount?

Yes. It includes a 250 x 127 mm shifter plate and a 230 x 65 mm extension plate. The ClubSport Handbrake V1/V1.5 mounts directly; the V2 attaches to the side of a ClubSport Shifter or needs extra drilled holes.

Does it flex?

OC Racing found it stable in normal use with slight flex under extreme force; Boosted Media reported significant flex with a load cell handbrake.

Is the white version different from the black?

Only in color; the tube, plates and compatibility are identical.

Does it fit third-party hardware?

Fanatec lists most third-party under-mounted shifters and handbrakes as compatible, though modifications may be needed.

Is it good value?

Reviewers consider it overpriced for its rigidity: OC Racing calls it stable but overpriced, and Boosted Media says it falls short of the price.

Does it need software?

No. It is a passive mount.
